Mr. Tubbs Ice Cream Parlor & Family Fun Zone

This kid-friendly ice cream parlor and arcade has a few benches out front where you could eat a hotdog or an ice cream cone, perhaps while attending a birthday party here in a mask. Seating is in the covered walkway of a strip mall– not pretty, but very sheltered.
