This kid-friendly ice cream parlor and arcade has a few benches out front where you could eat a hotdog or an ice cream cone, perhaps while attending a birthday party here in a mask. Seating is in the covered walkway of a strip mall– not pretty, but very sheltered. Thanks for the tip, Piper!

Des Panjaab Restaurant and Bakery (Tillicum)
Vegetarian Punjabi restaurant and egg-free bakery, with many vegan options. The patio is in the open-air walkway of a strip mall, so it does not have a lot of ambiance but it has very good shelter from rain and sun. Thanks for the tip, Simon!
