Tea shop at the entrance to Fan Tan Alley has everything matcha– prepared hot and cold matcha drinks, matcha ice cream, etc, plus matcha powder and tools to purchase. There are a few seats out front. Thanks for the tip, Sabrina!

Mr. Tubbs Ice Cream Parlor & Family Fun Zone
This kid-friendly ice cream parlor and arcade has a few benches out front where you could eat a hotdog or an ice cream cone, perhaps while attending a birthday party here in a mask. Seating is in the covered walkway of a strip mall– not pretty, but very sheltered. Thanks for the tip, Piper!
